In my work, I was inspired by the faith, courage, and leadership of Nanisca in her people. I symbolized those who wanted to take the homeland of Nanisca as they came in storms. Through the mountains, the mighty female warriors of the Dahomey people decide their fates under the leadership of Nanisca.
